We can certainly support more than 5,000 users. While we do not offer additional tiers beyond the Excel Tier, the Excel Tier is designed to scale and can be expanded to accommodate virtually any number of users.
What does each pricing tier include?
Each pricing tier—Spark, Ignite, and Excel—includes a core set of features like learning paths, instructor-led training, and reporting tools. As you move to higher tiers, additional features such as gamification, gift cards, and competitions are added to enhance engagement and functionality.
