To keep up with the ever-changing landscape of retail, Best Buy needed a modern learning environment to train and engage its employees. After extensive research on how Best Buy employees learn through our long-standing relationship with Best Buy, HALIGHT devised a tailored learning solution that met all their needs and provided a one-of-a-kind learning experience. Best Buy’s LMS has since achieved some pretty amazing results and has even won awards for outstanding mobile learning experience.
The Nate Berkus Show approached us in search of a unique interactive experience that could allow Nate to re-design a room in front of a live studio audience. HALIGHT proposed a custom 3D solution and delivered the “Instant Design Studio”. The large interactive touch screen allowed Nate to make changes in real-time, swapping out wall colors, furniture, and décor in a realistic looking environment. The Instant Design Studio became a full segment feature 2-3 times per week, and was even featured on the Today Show where Nate provided a live demonstration.
To accompany their dynamic in-store displays, LG needed a solution to train sales associates on how to use it as a selling tool to demonstrate differences between various model in their new line of TVs. In lieu of a traditional video, which would have become long and boring given the complicated instructions for operation, HALIGHT created a training that incorporated dynamic animations, conversation components, real customer scenarios, and simulations to learn how to operate various display functions. The LG branded training we created provides a fun, engaging, and easy to follow experience for Sales Associates, and remains flexible and easy to update with new content.
