Client Success Liaison
The Client Success Liaison is highly organized and passionate about the Learning & Development industry. Working as part of the HALIGHT Client Success team, the Client Success Liaison is required to understand HALIGHT products, services and processes to effectively support internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and thrive in a fast paced and dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the team to understand and execute customer commitments daily
- Work with HALIGHT system admin tools to complete customer requests
- Set-up promotions and reward initiatives within the system
- Assist with daily system administration tasks
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to effectively organize and execute client projects
- Collaborate with support team to handle end user issues when required
- Collaborate with creative and development teams when required
- Communicate project timelines
- Ability to aid internal teams with scheduling, day to day communications and project updates
Qualifications
- Post Secondary Education in Business, Communications, or Project Management
- 1-2 years of experience in client services, project management or an equivalent field
- Highly organized with superior written and verbal communication skills

Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing creative designs for HALIGHT’s clients. Graphic Designers work in a small agile team designing and executing projects. The Graphic Designer is a member of the Creative Team and reports to the Creative Services Manager.
Responsibilities
- Prepares rough drafts and present ideas
- Conceptualize visuals and create images that identify a product or convey a message using design software
- Develop graphics for e-Learning modules as well as creating logos and other marketing and advertising materials
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software based on client’s guidelines and brand
- Meticulous review of designs for errors prior to delivery
- Prepping and testing graphics to be optimized across various media
- Work with instructional designers and lead graphic designer to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Keep internal team members informed on project status
Qualifications
- Post secondary education in graphic design, or related field
- 3+ years experience in a graphic design role and a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator
- Adobe After affects, animate would be an asset
- Strong communication coupled with expert interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to convey visual concepts

Product Administrator
The Product Administrator is organized, tech-savvy and passionate about e-Learning. Working as part of the HALIGHT Client Success team, the Product Administrator is required to gain in depth knowledge on all HALIGHT products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and thrive in a fast paced and dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Work with system admin tools to complete customer requests
- Set-up promotions and reward initiatives within HALIGHT products
- Complete competing tasks within tight deadlines
- Assist with administrative set-up of new systems using admin tools
- Work closely with the client success team to attend to customer requests daily
- System reporting daily, weekly, monthly and as required

Creative Content Writer
Summary
At HALIGHT, our Creative Content Writers design and develop engaging learning experiences for our clients. Their goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective and appealing manner. Our writers follow Instructional Design methods and structure content and activities into learning material that is quickly learned while maintaining a creative and informative tone.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention
- Write and edit scripting for eLearning courses
- Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
- State instructional end goals and create content surrounding them
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product
- Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
- Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments
- Maintain project documentation and course folders

Qualifications

Associate Product Owner
Position
At HALIGHT, the Associate Product Owner is responsible for supporting product owners with coordination, prioritization and acceptance of features generated by product teams in order to maximize the value of work.
As an Associate Product Owner, you will support the Product Owner team with coordination, and day to day tasks to ensure our product portfolio is meeting the needs of both the customers and our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Learn and follow principles of agile development
- Oversee and help support product backlogs
- Work with product team to analyze the needs and align product backlogs
- Support product teams to refine and estimate backlog items (initiatives/epic/user stories) that guide agile product teams
- Learn HALIGHT’s product portfolio and gather a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
- Participate in collaboration with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product
- Supports product team in assessing value, developing cases, and prioritizing stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Supports prioritization of backlog of user stories for implementation
- Helps to develop detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams
- Work closely with product team to learn and understand the product portfolio
